Villa OverviewCasa de las Rosas is a beautiful and luxurious villa set in established private gardens with a stunning pool. The villa is set on one level and is situated within walking distance to Moraira town in the exclusive Pla del Mar area. The accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms, two within the main house, the third in a separate annexe. The master suite enjoys a super king-size bed, en suite bathroom and air conditioning. The guest suite which is situated in the separate annexe comprises of one twin air-conditioned bedroom, an open naya with kitchenette, a large shower room with walk in shower, toilet and twin sinks plus a sitting area with sofa and chairs. This is perfect for when guests would like to holiday together whilst maintaining privacy and independence. The newly refurbished spectacular modern kitchen is extremely ideal for sociable cooking and gatherings having a kitchen island; it also includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, filtered drinking water and coffee maker. The beautiful air-conditioned lounge area is tastefully decorated and leads onto a beautiful open naya which has lovely views of the lawn, gardens and swimming pool. Within this area there is a bar/serving area complete with 2 fridges, a wine cooler & sink. Also available is a BBQ area with flatbed gas BBQ. The pool is a good size with roman steps and can be heated during spring and winter at an extra cost. Moraira town and beach are just a few minutes’ walk away therefore a car is not a necessity. This villa is extremely private and secure and not visible from the road using an intercom to gain entry. The villa is also occupied by its owners for much of the year and therefore offers many facilities and comforts. |
