Markets

While touring Spanish towns you will find that there are plenty of markets to attend, all with their own take on beautiful troves of treasures. Fine food, produce and gifts all local to the towns – a perfect way to reflect on your holiday in years to come! 

Denia

Monday – Experience a busy town market in Denia which is located close to the tram station.  You can visit Denia by taking the tram from Teulada.

Altea 

Tuesday – Situated on the edge of the town near the sports centre.  There are two parts to this lovely town, the paseo and marina area which is loaded with wonderful bars and restaurants and at the top of the hill up the winding streets you have the beautiful old town with the Virgin of the Consol, a beautiful blue domed church. 

Teulada

Wednesday – Enjoy local products, souvenirs, vegetables and honey at an attractive price! 

Javea  

Thursday – Situated in the Old Town, treat yourself to fresh produce, fish, meat and furniture and antiques, then wander around the stunning streets of the old town. 

Moraira

Friday –  A small yet bustling market offering local fruit and vegetables, gifts and clothing. Located just inland of the shops in the large car park, immerse yourself in a true Spanish experience by wandering up and down the rows of stalls. 

Every Night during the summer months (Evening Market) – Wander through Moraira after an evening of dinner or drinks and sample some of the delightful handcrafted gifts, pictures and pavements stalls. 

Benissa

Saturday – If you’re a seeker of historic towns then this market will be right up your street. Held in the old town, this market celebrates everything authentic Spain. 

Calpe

Saturday – Situated on Avenida del Norte in the old town of Calpe.  Shop at the market, then wander around the streets of the old town.
