Villa OverviewCasa Haya is an exceptionally spacious air-conditioned villa situated in the Pinar de l’Advocat area of Moraira which is a great location as it is just 10 minutes’ walk to Moraira town and L’Ampolla beach. This beautiful accommodation is perfect for two or three families holidaying together offering its guests plenty of space and every modern convenience and comfort, including its own gym! It has a purpose built BBQ & dining area on the south west terrace attracting the evening sun and a larger than average private pool.Internally, the ground floor has a comfortable and spacious lounge diner which is open plan from the kitchen, and patio doors leading onto the spacious Naya (outdoor dining area). The lounge has three comfortable sofas, Sky TV, a DVD and CD player and free internet. From the Naya there are a few steps down to the pool area. The naya also leads to a purpose-built BBQ and food preparation area which is a very practical area to the rear of the kitchen. The main kitchen is large and modern with a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher Also on this floor are two bedrooms, one is a double with queen size bed and en suite shower room, the other bedroom also benefits from an en suite bathroom. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one master bedroom with King Size bed and en suite, plus a twin bedroom again with an en suite shower room. Both upstairs bedrooms have patio doors which lead onto the upstairs terrace/balcony which have pleasant views of Moraira. On the lower floor which can be accessed from either the pool terrace or from an internal spiral staircase, is another large twin bedded room (these beds can be put together) with en suite shower room. We offer an additional “put up” bed for a child to stay in this room with parents. On this floor there is also a utility area for washing and drying clothes and a huge gym with 5/6 pieces of training equipment (this is to be used at clients own risk) so there is no reason to pile on the pounds at this villa!! The gym has its own additional toilet and shower and has patio doors leading directly to the pool terrace – a unique facility for the keep fit enthusiast. The gym can also serve as an additional bedroom for children wanting to be close to parents on this floor. The Villa also offers 6ft child’s Pool table, table football, small table tennis table and a darts board! # Casa Haya is a perfect choice for families to stay together as you will have plenty of space both inside and outside with more than enough bathrooms including a separate toilet and shower at the pool! There are many extra items available for clients use, including golf clubs, beach chairs, parasols, bats, balls, water guns, and lilo’s. You will not be bored at this very hospitable villa!! |
